I have just discovered, thanks to an article in the Orlando Fishwrap, the poor plight of the Star Wars Kid. Here's a link to the overly popular website including not only the original sad, sad video, but about a hundred more fabulous warpped versions of the original. I can't wait to see them all. This poor kids parents are suing the students that originally uploaded the video clip. This kid should embrace his fame and do Leno, not whine and talk about suing. He needs to copywrite his image and make a fortune. Being embarrassed for the sake of TV - what a new concept - I think they're called "Reality Shows." Duh.
You can even sign a petition to try and get this kid in the next Star Wars movie. Hilarious.
6 more days. I wonder if I can find a counter to count down to my vacation. That would be cool.
Classes start next week. Yuk.
I wanted to be sure to include a link to a "belly cast" website. Manda & I are gonna do this in about January, I guess. Should be interesting. I want to do hers with arms and face included so it really looks like a sculpture, not just a belly. I'll have to discuss it with her I guess. Oh, well. At least it was a good idea.
